We are excited to share with you our current offerings that will sell in the 2025 Fall Fest Sale to be held in Henderson, Texas on September 13, 2025. The sale will also be held online at Best Cattle Sales. We’re currently breeding 300 females with a wide genetic base! All of our mother cows maintain a calving frequency of 400 days or less as can be seen when you research our herd at the American Simmental/Simbrah Association. Our females are known for their fertility and breeders from around the USA have used our MCR branded females in their herds with great success. MCR Fall Fest Sale Offerings
MCR Ms Bella Amara L504
MCR Ms. Bella Amara is a beautifully balanced, slick-haired bred heifer sired by our MCR Aftershock H549 bull, who is a son of MCX Maximus that we brought from Georgia back in 2017. This beautiful female's dam is MCR Ms Clarabelle C412, whose breeding goes back to Sally Buxkemper’s program, and includes the great Becherovka bull on the sire side and then DS Pollfleck 809 on the dam side. MCR Ms Clarabelle carries a 400-day calving frequency and an average weaning weight of 539 lbs. on 8 calves and an API of 95.6. MCR Ms. Bella Amara was exposed at 20 months of age to Monte Christo’s Finalist 524L bull, as this cross will make for easy calving on her first calf. Fertility is a major priority for Monte Christo, and all of our offerings conceived on their first exposed heat cycle.

MS Buttercup is a LMC Red Alert granddaughter out of a Monte Christo’s Revolution 739B daughter. We bought her sire, HR Awesome D30 from the “Egyptian Prince”, Billy Hallack the last year the Association sponsored a live Simbrah Sale at the Houston Livestock Show. This darling Buttercup has a great set of EPD’s highlighted by an 86.1 API and her dam, MCR She’s a Jewel F201 goes all the way back to Hooks Shear Force 38K. She produces a calf every 371 days on her first 5 calves, all of which have been female. Ms Buttercup is bred to a bull we purchased from Pine Ridge Ranch, PRR Finalist 524L. MCR Tuesday’s Girl L524
MCR Tuesday’s Girl L524 is another outstanding female that is an own daughter of MCR Aftershock H549, a bull who is consistently producing deep solid red blazed calves. This gorgeous female’s dam is MCX Whata Girl D33 and has been a super productive brood cow for us here at Monte Christo Cattle Company as she has a 361-day calving frequency and an average 504 lb. weaning weight on 7 calves. This beautiful heifer bred to the Monte Christo bull Finalist 524L at just 20 months of age for a spring calving date. This extra nice heifer conceived on her first exposed cycle. You will not want to miss out on this very special female!

MCR Princess of MC Ranch L551
A couple of years ago we started keeping a few black heifers due to customer requests. Because of the popularity and demand for this type of heifer is why we bring to you this bred, solid black, blazed faced Monte Christo’s Proclaim 11H sweetheart daughter to the Fall Fest. She is docile, easy to work with, great confirmation, and polled like all our offerings and has an 86.4 API. Her MCR Black Beauty H412 dam has given us 3 black heifers in a row on a 367-day schedule and weighing 587 lb. average, but this very attractive heifer is the only one we have ever offered to sell. She conceived on her first heat cycle when exposed to PRR Finalist. As with all our offerings, we guarantee her fertility.
