We are excited to share with you our current offerings that will sell in the 2026 Fall Fest Annual Sale to be held in Henderson, Texas on September 12, 2026. The sale will also be held online at Best Cattle Sales. We’re currently breeding 300 females with a wide genetic base! All of our mother cows maintain a calving frequency of 400 days or less as can be seen when you research our herd at the American Simmental/Simbrah Association. Our females are known for their fertility and breeders from around the USA have used our MCR branded females in their herds with great success. MCR MILLICENT N31
MCR Millicent N31 is the half-sister to MCR Harlow N68 sharing the same sire LMC BBS Pappo’s Answer. Her grand sire on the dam’s side goes back to the great LMC Red Alert 5k/35.
Millicent’s dam is an F model and has produced 8 calves in 5 years by producing twins twice in 3 years. Even with that load, her average weaning weight on all 8 calves is 635 lbs. which is a testament to her milking ability and superior mothering ability. Our herd is built on fertility and this fine heifer is built to produce.

MCR JULIETTE N41
MCR Juliette N41 is a dark red black nose & feet, deep bodied power house of a young heifer. She is sired by our PRR 11H herd sire who produces heavy milking watchful momma cows. On her dam side, she is the granddaughter of our solid red heavy hitter Smith McCrary Fireball.
He has consistently produced many fertile off spring which we love to keep in our herd. Juliette’s dam, Red Jelly Bean H406 has a commendable record with us producing two very nice heifers and one steer calf. Her calves average weaning weight is 600 lbs. Juliette carries a 92.5 API and promises a life time of solid production.Watch her video below!
MCR HARLOW N68
MCR Harlow N68 is one of two half-sisters in this season’s offering sired by the grandson La Muneca’s famous LMC LN Polled Pappo. Her grand dam is the renown BBS Jennie Walker.
On the dam side Daisy was sired by our MCX Maximus herd sire we brought back from Georgia several years ago from the buyout of Mossy Creek herd from our good friend Kevin Kent.
Daisy’s dam had her first calf in the spring. So, we held her back to match our fall calving season and since then she has produced consecutive calves in October.
She is extra-long, beautiful udder potential, perfect black nose & feet and the pedigree to be a long-time money maker.

MCR LEONA N83
MCR Leona N83 is another fine heifer out of our Senior herd sire, MCX Maximus. Nice dark red black nose and feet, born to a daughter of RFI Red Raider bull. Her dam MCR Zoey D894 has proved to be a real herd builder for us producing 8 calves for us by her 10th birthday including todays offering MCR Leona, which was born on her mother’s birthday! She is an opportunity to buy into an outstanding pedigree with proven performance.
